Start saving your treasures for the Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale on Saturday, June 10. It has grown to be quite an event.
Participating in the annual garage sale is easy! All you need to do is email Donna at membership@cstreets.org by May 22 and let her know your name, address, and if you would like a local charity to pick up unsold items starting at 3 p.m.
The sale runs from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., and what money you make is yours to keep – or feel free to donate a portion of your proceeds back to the neighborhood association. The city requires that everyone participating in a garage sale fill out a permit. Or you can pick one up at a local Library branch (make sure to bring water bill with you).
We will make sure our event is advertised to start at 8 a.m., provide signage around the perimeter of the neighborhood and plan to bring a balloon to your address to help identify your location.
